Toby Norman


Toby Norman is the CEO of Simprints, a nonprofit tech company from the University of Cambridge delivering biometric digital ID at the last mile. Our mission is to radically increase transparency and effectiveness in global health and development. Simprints has worked across 14 countries across South Asia and Africa with partners like Gavi, USAID, and national ministries of health, helping deliver healthcare, finance, and humanitarian aid to over 1.2M people. Toby holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge on a Gates Scholarship and a BA from Harvard. He is a Forbes 30 under 30 Social Entrepreneur, Schwab Social Entrepreneur of the Year, and GLG Social Impact Fellow.
